Lowertown Farmhouse and is situated close to St. Agnes meadow and pool; a short walk takes you to Periglis beach and quay.The farmhouse has accommodation for ten people, comprising two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two single bedrooms. Washing facilities include two bathrooms; one with bath, shower, lavatory, heated towel rail and fan heater, and the other with a lavatory, basin and washing machine. Other rooms include a spacious kitchen/dining room with microwave and dishwasher and a sitting room with colour television, video and DVD player. A conservatory leads onto a patio and sheltered, secluded garden where there are easy chairs and a picnic table. There is also a good selection of children’s puzzles, games and books. A hair dryer, radio, iron and ironing board are also provided as well as a cot, cot linen, high chair and potties.

Groceries
St. Agnes Post Office Stores will prepare a grocery order to be delivered on your arrival. Fresh milk and dairy produce can be delivered daily from Troytown Farm.

Travel
We will meet you off the boat and transport your luggage to Lowertown Farmhouse. Please ring us if you are unsure about boat times.

Linen and power
Electricity, bed linen, a bath mat, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the rent.

Pets
Dogs are welcome. Please bring a basket/blanket for the dog to sleep on.
